Artisan Resource Group, LLC ("ARG," "we," "us") is a talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning & development firm serving manufacturers and skilled trades employers in Northeast Ohio. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It applies to artisanresourcegroup.com, to our job postings and recruiting advertisements on third-party platforms, and to the recruiting and staffing services we provide.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you apply for a position, submit a form, respond to one of our job ads, or contact us, you may provide:
- Name, phone number, email address, and general location
- Resume, work history, skills, certifications, and licenses
- Answers to job-specific screening questions (for example, years of experience on a machine or equipment you have operated)
- Pay expectations, shift availability, and willingness to relocate or commute
- Anything else you choose to tell us during a call, interview, or message
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from job boards, professional networking sites, referrals from people who know you, publicly available sources, and advertising platforms where you responded to one of our ads.
A note on recruiting ads. If you submitted your information through an instant form on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or a similar platform, that platform passes the details you provided directly to us. Your use of that platform is also governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
How we use your information

- To present your background to employers who have engaged us to fill a role
- To prepare you for interviews and support you through the hiring process
- To keep you in mind for future openings that match your skills

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
- Employers. When we submit you as a candidate, we share your resume and relevant background with that employer. We tell you which company we are submitting you to before we do it.
- Service providers. We use vendors to run our business, including our applicant tracking system, email and calendar tools, and background or reference-check providers where a role requires them. They may access your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ARG or others.
- Business transfer. If ARG is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, and advertising pixels to measure the performance of our recruiting ads. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
How long we keep it
We retain candidate information for as long as it is useful for recruiting purposes, so we can reach out about future openings, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep records longer where a law, contract, or legitimate business need requires it.

- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information or remove you from our database
- Ask us to stop contacting you about opportunities

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are directed to adults in the workforce. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
